6. Offline Training, Observerships & Clinical Programs

For in-person or hospital-based programs:

Participants must comply with the policies and regulations of the host hospital or institution.
Observerships and training programs are educational in nature and may not involve direct patient care unless specifically authorized by the host institution.

Participants are responsible for:

Obtaining valid travel documents and visas
Medical insurance
Compliance with local laws
Personal expenses unless otherwise specified

Panacea Medcare may assist with visa processing, accommodation, and local logistics; however, visa approvals remain solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities.

7. Fees, Payments & Refunds

B. Payment Terms

Registration may only be confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment, as applicable.

C. Refund Policy

Webinar registrations may be non-refundable.
