6. Offline Training, Observerships & Clinical Programs

- Observerships and training programs are educational in nature and may not involve direct patient care unless specifically authorized by the host institution.
Participants are responsible for:
- Obtaining valid travel documents and visas
- Medical insurance

Panacea Medcare may assist with visa processing, accommodation, and local logistics; however, visa approvals remain solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
7. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Registration may only be confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment, as applicable.
C. Refund Policy
